BIOTIQUE KAJAL- REVIEW

Every girl is a crazy fan of kajals.Kajal give you that defined eyelook.My love for a perfect dark non smudging kajal never ends( though I know there’s no kajal on this planet which wont smudge), I keep trying different brands ranging from Lotus, Himalaya, Maybelline etc.I wish to have a kajal that is smudge proof, water proof, long lasting and in a quite affordable range. I know it is very difficult to find a kajal according to my preference. So finally i came across this kajal from a brand called "Biotique". this kajal is fully made of herbal ingredients. It doesn't harm your eyes. Even it works on sensitive eyes as well. It is very affordable and long lasting. sounds interesting huh??.okay lets start with review.

Everyone wish to have pink plump lips👄. Let it be men or women everyone needs that kind of lips. But the major reason that we all do not have that lips is mainly due to pigmentation. For most of the people their upper lips are pigmented than the lower lips. This is mainly due to the improper care of the lips . There are some other reasons for the pigmentation. They are

• Excessive exposure to sun
• Lack of hydration
• Smoking
• Too much caffeine etc...

It is our responsibility to take care of the them in order to get the pink lips that you need.

Scrub your lips daily to get rid of the dead cells on the upper layer of the lip. Making a  lip   scrub is not a big deal . It is lot more easier then making a Maggie😂😂. Lip scrubs are made with different ingredients and with different flavors. The one that i'm going to share ,is my all time favorite and this particular scrub helped me lot in removing the pigmentation. All you need is 

1. Sugar         : acts as a natural scrub to your lips.
2. Honey        :  adds moisture to your lips
3. Beet juice  :  Gives a natural tint to your lips

PREPARATION:

       

• Take 3 table spoon of sugar and 1 table spoon of honey.
• Add few drops of beet juice as per your need and mix them well.
• The mixture must be in 1(honey): 3(sugar) ratio. If exceeds the limit the sugar melts gradually making it a mess.

TO USE:

          Scrub  your lips  gently once or twice a day. After scrubbing make sure to moisture your lips with a lip balm to keep your lips hydrated.

So here is the moisturizer i have been using for past 2 years it does wonders on my skin.This is very affordable and suits all skin type as well.

This aloe vera gel is from a brand called patanjali .I am not a big fan of patanjali products ,but this particular product, I'm  so much in love with this.It is a gel based formula which is very light on the skin and gets easily absorbed .You will never feel like you wearing it.It gives a instant glow to the skin and keeps it hydrated for very long time without any irritation.It leaves your skin soft and supple.

In this blog i am going to explain you about the toner which can be made with rice.We consume rice for lunch almost every day but still we are unaware about the several beauty benefits of rice.People in Asian countries have been using this rice water for long shiny hair and glowing skin.It is easily available and cost effective.So rice water is a must in your beauty regimen..

PREPARATION:

You can make rice water by two ways.

1. By soaking the rice in the water.
2. By boiling the rice.

• Both of them gives numerous benefits to skin and hair.The method i choose to explain is the rice soaked in water.
• Take hand full of rice and wash it 2 or 3 times to get away the dirt and dust particles in the rice.
• Fill the water until the rice is soaked into the water and leave it for 10 to 12 hours.
• Then strain it collect the water and store it in a spray bottle or any other container.
• You can use up to 7 or 8 days at room temperature.

BENEFITS OF RICE WATER:

• It lightens your complexion because rice water has bleaching properties in it.
• It minimizes open pores.
• It gets rid of the frizz and gives you frizz free hair.
• It treats sun burn and spots since it has cooling effect on the skin.
• It makes your hair healthy and your hair becomes manageable and lustrous.
• It heals skin inflammation.
• It has anti oxidants that can help fight the aging sign and spots.
• It improves elasticity and texture of the skin.
• It keeps your skin soft.
• It brightens your skin.

TO USE:

• Can be use it as a face tone.After cleansing your face dip a cotton ball into the rice water and wipe all over your face.
• Can be used as refreshing face mist.

MY OPINION:

I use this rice water for about a week.It made my skin soft and glowing.It brighten my skin.It made my hair manageable and frizz free.I feel refresh whenever i spray it on my face.It suits all skin types.Anyone can use this rice water and you will be amazed by the results.

MY REVIEW:

I have been using this product for past one month.I felt refreshed whenever i use this product.I use it after cleansing my face and it really help in tightening my pores leaving my skin soft and supple.The smell was little strong probaly due to the chemicals in it.Overall it is very affordable product and surely every one can give it a try.After the toning is done  moisturize your skin well.If you are looking for a toner in a affordable range then you can give this product for try.

HOMEMADE CLEANSER

No other product can give more benefits as much as natural product give.Do you ever wonder how people back those days lived without store brought products but still they had a flawless beautiful glowing skin?

Women back those days didn't use many products on their skin. They just used the ingredients that are readily available in their kitchen which turned out their skin to glow. There are so many product in our kitchen that can be used in different ways such as gram flour("kadala mavu"in tamil) can be used to not just to make delicious bajjii's but can also be used as face cleanser which washes away your tan on a continuous use.So i made a cleanser with ingredients that are available in our kitchen.I used it for a period of two weeks and i got some positive results.So let's see whst are the ingredients i used and what ware my results and how to make it. 

INGREDIENTS USED:

1) GREEN GRAM

Green gram or moong dal is a highly potent beauty ingredient. It not only has several health benefits, but you can also add it to your beauty regime to deal with skin problems such as acne and dry skin . it contains vitamin A and C which are the major requirements of the skin that gives a major glow.

2) RICE

Rice contains a few sun-protecting agents like ferulic acid and allantoin, which convert it into a good natural sunscreen. Being a good anti-inflammatory agent, rice powder also soothes sunburns and prevents the skin from sun tan.Rice powder is a bit coarse in its texture which makes it an excellent material to be used as a scrub. The fine particles help the flaky dead skin cells leave your skin in an easier way. Rice absorbs all the sebum and leaves your skin clean, smooth and re-energised.

3) ALMOND

Since the ancient times, it has been used in several beauty remedies to nourish the skin and keep it young and radiant.It is a great source of vitamin E, antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, and is known for its skin nourishing.

4) BENGAL GRAM DAL

The zinc in gram flour can fight infections that cause acne. It removes tan, exfoliate dead skin cells, reduce oilness, removes facial hair on daily use and it gives you a instant brightant look.

 5) URAD DAL

You can now get a radiant skin with urad dal.it helps in improving the skin's texture and It is packed with minerals that make your skin look soft and supple. Urad dal is very effective in reducing age spots and acne scars due to its antibacterial properties. It also helps in skin regeneration and is an amazing remedy to maintain a youthful skin.This cleanser as so many beauty benefits which leaves you feeling shocked. so let's see how to make it.

PREPARATION

• Take 1 table spoon of rice,urad dal,bengal gram dal and two table spoon of green gram with 2 or 3 almond
• Sun dry them for 2 hours.
• Put them in a mixer jar and grind them to fine mixture.

TO USE:

Take a required amount of powder,mix it with water and apply it on the face.Keep it for 2 mins and wash with luke warm water without scrubbing it.If you are using it daily do not scrub your face just wash it with water.

You can also make a face pack with this mixture by adding milk,curd for dry skin;rose water,tomato juice for oily skin and combination skin.Sensitive skin girls can use rose water or aloevera gel which suits your skin.Leave the mixture for good 10 mins and scrub your face gently and wash it with water.

Please have a patch test done before applying it on your face.Not everyone's skin reacts the same.

MY RESULT:

This cleanser worked good on my skin. It didn't cause any irritation while applying it on my face. I used it twice a day morning and before bed. It gave a nice glow to my skin , it removed my tan , my skin tone as improved, my skin became soft and supple , it gave a instant bright effect on my face, it maintained  oil balance and my face was fresh all day.It reduced my pigmentation around my mouth to a little extent.Overall it gave good results to my skin and i am loving it . I also suggested this  to people with different skin types and they also got a positive results.
